YES is the answer. Do we need to prove it anymore? I would argue NO. We don’t need to prove it is good for you, but what we do need to do, is help communities find the best ways to support their people to be active. Co-authoring these two book chapters using the #ActiveLaunceston model to demonstrate how communities can increase participation in physical activity and create social connections was just the start of my commitment to helping communites and organisations understand the ‘how’ of creating healthy and connected communities, not just the ‘why’. Let’s make it easy to do the ‘doing’
