This is a photo of me standing in front of a big red door.
Yep, it's a pretty cool door, but it once had a purpose as a fire door. As we know, fire doors are crucial for putting boundaries around and containing fires, protecting what's important, and ensuring safety. Similarly, creating boundaries in our work lives is really important. As a leader, setting and communicating boundaries is vital for maintaining balance, fostering respect, and ensuring effective teamwork. While this fire door is now just used for decoration, your boundaries should not be. They protect your time, energy, and well-being, allowing you to be at your best and pursue your goals with clarity and focus. I'm wondering if you have set any boundaries lately? More importantly have you communicated them?
