What do you think of when you look at this sculpture?

You know what I immediately thought of when I first saw it about 5 years ago... my career in the health sector 😂 well anyone working in the health and community sector actually! There are so many hoops to jump through, difficult paths to navigate and obstacles along the way but when you 'land it' in the end, it just feels so satisfying that we do it all again! Those of us who work in the sector started for all the right reasons; to help other people, to bring our communities closer together, to advocate for systems change and better ways to do things, and to do this, we have had to learn how to navigate the system, how to jump through hoops, how to break down barriers and we 'play the game' all so someone out there can live a better life. I've made playing this 'game' my specialty and would love to work with you in 2024 if you need some guidance on how to get into the action, a reminder of why you started in the first place, some coaching to challenge the status quo or help to reimagine the future, because let's face it, we all want to 'land it' in the end right?
