Itβs a simple question, yet one that carries so much weight. Iβve been watching New Amsterdam on Netflix (yes, I know some of my medical colleagues and media critics might find it a bit cringe-worthy, but for me, itβs an easy watch and an absolute tearjerker). At the heart of the show is Dr Max Goodwin, the hospitalβs Medical Director, whose go-to phrase is: βHow can I help?β
Have You Ever Thought About This?
Have you ever stopped to think about how your personal values align (or donβt) with your team and organisation?

Launceston Show Day
